DeskewPro is licensed, not sold. When you get it from the Mac App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies. These terms add to it and do not replace it.
You may use DeskewPro on the devices the store allows for your own personal or business purposes. Do not reverse engineer, redistribute or resell it except where the law lets you regardless of these terms.
Files you open remain yours. The app processes them on your Mac and claims no rights to them.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law permits. Aurivora Group, LLC does not warrant that it is error-free or suits a particular purpose. Keep copies of files that matter to you.
To the extent the law permits, Aurivora Group, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from the day it is posted.
